  1. Why only three days per week? Won’t it be more useful if you do this exercise 7 out of 7 days per week?

  2. Well, I’m trying to be realistic. If the people readying this blog were that dedicated to working out, they probably wouldn’t be reading this blog 🙂 Plus, with a heavy person it’s just like weighlifting and doing squats. You have to give the muscles recovery time.
